We use this information to contact you, coordinate services, maintain program records, and measure our impact. Our forms and Kiki’s Impact Measurement System (KIMS) use Airtable to store and process information.

We may share information needed to arrange assistance with volunteers, veterinary providers, or other service partners. Website hosting, email, and other technology providers also process information as part of operating our services.

Public impact totals summarize our work without displaying applicants’ names or contact details.

Donations and payments

Payments are handled by outside providers, including Autobooks, PayPal/Venmo, and Zelle. Information entered on their pages is subject to their privacy policies. We may receive transaction details needed for records and donor acknowledgments.
